Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Quiz responses and results. Your name, email address, and your answers to the What’s Your Gift to Gain?™ quiz, including the gift profile, obstacle, and readiness level those answers produce.
• Waitlist and contact form submissions. Your name, email address, and any message you send us.
• Call and webinar registrations. If you book a 15-minute Gifted to Gain™ call or register for a webinar or training, we collect the information needed to schedule and follow up with you.
• Phone number (if provided). If you choose to provide a mobile phone number, for example to opt in to text message updates or reminders, we collect that number and your consent to receive messages. See Text message (SMS) communications below for details specific to texting.
• Usage information. Basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically to help us secure the site and prevent spam or abuse on our forms.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Show you your quiz result and the niches guide you requested.
• Send you a short email series related to your result, Tarsha Gibbons’ story, and the opportunity to take the next step (such as a 15-minute call, a webinar, or the Gifted to Gain™ Accelerator).
• Respond to messages you send through the contact form.
• Notify waitlist subscribers about launches and updates.
• Operate, secure, and improve the site, including detecting and preventing spam or fraudulent form submissions.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Text message (SMS) communications

If you opt in to receive text messages from GiftedtoGain (for example, reminders about a 15-minute call, a webinar, or Accelerator updates), the following applies:

• Consent. You will only receive text messages if you affirmatively opt in, such as by checking a consent box and submitting your phone number on one of our web forms. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity, for example up to around 4 to 8 messages per month related to a call, webinar, or the Accelerator you’ve engaged with.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or use the Contact link on this site.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No sharing for marketing. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to send the messages you opted in to receive and are shared only with the messaging provider (such as Twilio) that delivers them on our behalf.

Advertising and analytics

We may use advertising tools such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads to reach new visitors and to show relevant ads to people who have already visited this site or interacted with the quiz. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies provided by the advertising platform. You can manage ad preferences directly through your Meta account settings.

Cookies

This site uses a small, necessary cookie to keep an administrator signed in to the private admin area. We do not use that cookie to track visitors. If we add advertising or analytics cookies in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that.

How we share your information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you, such as our hosting provider, database provider, and (when in use) an email delivery or scheduling service. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect the information you share with us, including restricting access to our database and admin area. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

GiftedtoGain is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information, including phone numbers for text messaging, from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses of it. You can make any of these requests through the Contact link on this site, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data retention

We keep quiz, waitlist, and contact information for as long as needed to provide the services above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by reaching out through the Contact link on this site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as GiftedtoGain develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
